High fog humidifier fan/Industrial mist fan

In the HIGH FOG mist fan consist of spinning disc and teeth surrounding it. In High fog system the water is run onto the disc spinning at 3500 rpm with certain pressure to produce atomization down to 18 microns. Studies have shown that water droplets of this size tend to follow the air-stream. Hence we have provided high capacity fan behind the disc, which can deliver humid air to long distance. We have also provided water. Water will tent to evaporate faster if air quantity is increased. Hence no corrosion effect will be there in surrounding area. 

Salient Features & Advantages: It has been designed to deliver very fine droplets size of 1820 microns and it has been provided water and air control also. It has control of Water output from 0-25 ltrs, if you reduce the water quantity then particle size will be more finer. It is provided with 120 degree oscillation so that it can cover large area. During working the heat will be absorbed by mist and the temperature will be decreased as well as increased air relative humidity, decreased bug dusts and purified air. Heat will be absorbed by mist and temperature will be decreased to 5-12 degree. Can achieve humidity 60-80% in the department. 304 stainless steel mist maker, anti corrosion.
